Please be advised that the date of this year’s AGM has been brought forward to Wednesday 4th November.
It will be held at the Old Rectory, starting at 7:30 PM.

The programme for the evening will involve the presentation of reports from members of the SNCV Executive and contributions from the LBS Biodiversity Team, followed by the process of electing Trustees and members of the Executive Committee.

SNCV has experienced a successful year with volunteers contributing to events and promotion, meetings and of course practical habitat management.

SNCV has enjoyed a relationship with Sutton Council’s Biodiversity Team which has seen volunteers “Helping Wildlife on Sutton’s Doorstep” since 1987. This year has seen the announcement of a number of changes which will affect the way that our activities are conducted in the future. Whilst this is not expected to impact on the essential habitat management work that helps make Sutton the green borough it is, it will require a change to how we currently operate.

We hope that you will be able to join us for this important date in the SNCV calendar. Whilst we hope to retain the passion, skills and dedication provided by our existing Trustees and Executive team, we are always eager to welcome new people. If you are not sure about how you can help we hope that there will be an opportunity for the sharing of ideas when we retire to a local hostelry after the AGM. If you are interested in standing for an Executive or Trustee position then please get in touch.

Should you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.
